Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Preparation of your order can begin immediately after your order has been accepted and confirmed. No returns, refunds, or exchanges once the order is accepted by the customer or the delivery driver. Please check all orders before accepting them. We are not responsible for orders placed through a 3rd party ordering/delivery platform. For any issues regarding 3rd party apps, please contact them directly.

All food is cooked to order. All items ordered and paid for will be available for pick up by the delivery service as close as possible to the selected time.
If a cancellation is necessary please call us directly at (941) 342 7711 as soon as possible. We only issue store credits for canceling online orders or other prepaid orders. We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been made.
If you were not satisfied, contact us at (941) 342-7711. Refund is only warranted when there are wrong/missing items. Card transactions may take 3 - 5 business days for refunds to post.
